Dylan Xu
Head Professional
Canada CPGA and TPI Certified Golf Coach and Player
a PGA and TPI-certified golf coach and player, as well as the co-founder of XYGA Golf Academy. I specialize in developing junior golfers, creating personalized training programs tailored to their physical conditions and growth needs. My focus is on helping young athletes build strong foundations, improve their skills, and ignite a lifelong passion for golf. I provide fluent instruction in both English and Chinese, ensuring quality learning experiences for students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
I graduated from Queen’s University Smith School of Business with a major in business management. This academic background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the golf industry and the long-term development of my students. By combining business acumen with athletic expertise, I can guide students not only to achieve technical breakthroughs but also to support their holistic growth and career planning in golf.
During my high school years, I won the Ontario high school swimming championship (OFSAA) twice and was a member of the Queen’s University varsity swim team. These athletic experiences have given me a deep understanding of physical conditioning and competitive sports, which I incorporate into my golf coaching to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
